CA Catering did an amazing job organizing and catering our wedding at the Fort Lauderdale Historic Society. The event was beautiful, and we had amazing feedback from friends and family on the food as well as the staff. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place and we really enjoyed the quick and professional service! Special thanks to Marta, who organized everything for us in 3 days before our wedding! They sent us the draft of menu in 2 hours after our request, next day came here and check the place where we celebrated. The food was fresh and delicious, especially all of us liked fish! Bartender and waiters worked professionally and we were very satisfied not to have any headache about our wedding party.

They do care about customers and provide services by the optimal price, which is also a big plus. So we do know who will we ask for the catering for any other party ew have in future!

We would give them 4.5 stars (chose 4 since 4.5 is not possible) with three things falling short of our expectations (see below), but generally they achieved the details that you would expect of a professional catering company. CA Catering was a pleasure to work with to plan and execute our wedding. CA met us at the outdoor/oceanside venue and offered practical suggestions, and assurance that they could help as much or as little as we needed.

They provided valuable advice what they thought we could and should do considering the potentially windy conditions. They cordially accepted our 7pm meal tasting time (even though that made it a very long day for them). They served and prepared the meal that we wanted, organized the reception and ceremony seating as well, and decorated the buffet table in a professional manner that matched our theme and decorations.

They set up lights, tables, chairs, linens and cleaned up after the event, as if it had never existed. They helped us coordinate the many wedding details that were required to make the event a true success. Indeed, they were integral to its success and we are very grateful for that! As mentioned 3 details fell short of expectations. One item was that some of the food was served cold.

It was a very windy day and it was possible that some of the sterno heaters blew out, but my haricot verts were like they had just been taken from the refrigerator, not from a (luke) warm serving dish. A second item was that we paid for extra chairs to for the wedding ceremony and not all were arranged or used. Even worse, fewer attendees came than planned and some still had to stand due to the limited seating, which baffled me.

The third item was that the coffee was served after dinner was neither warm or hot. We knew that coffee had its challenges to prepare on site but CA assured that they could do it; unfortunately, it was not as we or our guests were expecting. Despite these shortfalls, we would highly recommend CA, Marta, Kelly for any catered event. Their attention to detail and experience over 20 years shows they are true professionals who can coordinate and support any event.

We worked with Marta from CA Catering to plan the ceremony and reception for our wedding. Marta and her team were amazing. From little details like welcome signs when we would come to the office, to the excellent service provided at the reception, Marta and her team did an amazing job. We got married in our back yard, so she worked with us to figure out the tent placement, ceremony location, event flow and so much more.

And on the day of, she made it so that my husband and I could enjoy our special day. Thank you so much Marta and team! Given a choice, we'd 120% go back to CA Catering. Thank you!

Our National Recovery Month Celebration at the Museum of Discovery & Science was a great success due to the amazing food and beverage provided by CA Catering. Once again the service and attention to details exceeded our expectations. The staff are so professional and talented and Marta supervises so effortlessly, adding to a worry free evening. This was our first time using CA Catering. Part of my job is to organize our company End of the Year celebration for about 500 people, and I stumbled upon CA during my research. By the end of the event, CA made me look like a superstar to my boss and all of my colleagues. He was a wonderful resource in choosing the right venue, the tastiest foods, fun music from the DJ, and the perfect decorations.

I have never received the positive feedback from an event that we received from everyone - from top management to hourly employees. Everyone LOVED the party and raved about every aspect. Even employees that didn't come to the party were emailing and stopping by my office to say they heard they missed quite the event, and wouldn't miss the next one.

During the planning, CA and Marta were always quick to respond to my calls and emails. They are both friendly and personable, and made me feel at ease. They both went out of their way to make sure the planning - and through the event - went smoothly and that we were happy. At the last minute, my boss asked if we could extend the party later because everyone was having so much fun, and CA made it happen without a hitch. Im doing something different as I formerly ( a decade ago) was CA Catering's executive chef. I see some people here making spurious comments upon CA caterings- both denigrating the foods and even more insane- seemingly assaulting CA and Marta; whom I worked for for over 2 years. Foods can be open to opinion so I do NOT know how these peoples foods were but in my 26 months I do know that this company's officers are very much into quality food- in presentation; portions and proper flavor so here I will (in abstentia) remark that the criticism of food is probably more a summons regarding overall review of their events. Professionally AND personally I had found CA and Marta to be bright and shiny(!) to work with as well as work FOR; and I have seen CA's personal warmth dominate all events I was involved with.

Please note- Ive worked for 4 other caterers and CA Catering is on par or superior to them all in the SE Florida landscape. If you employ CA Catering please tell him that the Dallas Cowboys are better than HIS followed team- this will be the only thing that can make his genuine personality attempt a frown! :))

Holy crap. These guys cleaned up, set up and helped us with arrangements and last minute changes. The owner came out to make sure the event went smoothly. This is hands down the best catering company I've ever hired.

When you're scrolling and checking out vendor reviews, and every review is this shooting star, bubbles and rainbows kind of review, it usually is the 'after-event-glow'-- the reviewer survived the event, people compliment on the event and the reviewers' mushy giddy gratefulness is abounding. The vendors showed up, did their hired job and no doubt. it was a great event.

But how about a month and a half later.is that gratefulness and impression of the vendor still at that all time high? And what if in your line of work you have already worked with chefs, large caterers, country clubs, mom and pop caterers, event planners and the such. But your daughter picks a venue not in your county, and.

CA and Marta were absolutely amazing to work for my wedding, with and a huge shout out to their staff, who were taking care of both my husband and I the entire time, and were absolutely so much fun to be around. The food was raved about by my guests, and everyone said they loved the stations idea. I recommend working with them for any of your catering needs. Thank you both for everything. I could not have imagined a better time!

We were married on March 18th, 2016 at Stranahan House on Las Olas Blvd. in Fort Lauderdale. I selected CA Catering as they were recommended by the Stranahan House staff. Now I know why. Over a six month time frame, Marta Messana offered a thousand wonderful ideas and suggestions. It was she who made our wedding ceremony the success it was. The details of table settings, flowers, beverage and food service, the wait staff, the protocols and every delicious mouthful were all thanks to CA Catering and Marta.

The wedding cake received raves. It was fabulous. Of all the weddings I have attended, this was the first time I have seen the caterer get a round of applause. It was certainly deserved. I will recommend CA Catering to every person I know in South Florida. And to Marta: THANK YOU! Tom & Dennis

I've had the pleasure of working with CA and Marta on several social occasions, including a very special wedding. Marta's prompt correspondences and creative ideas are a delight, and I truly enjoyed working with her. On event day CA managed his staff smoothly and communicated with my vendors for a nearly flawless evening. Their assistant Janive has been a blast over the phone, as well. The food was delicious, the staff was courteous and we're very happy. We would definitely recommend this caterer to our family and friends.

We have mixed reviews about CA Catering. CA himself was a bit of a disappointment. As the leader of the business, he came across on multiple occasions as disinterested and unresponsive. We paid an additional fee to have CA oversee the setup of our reception site. While most things looked great and were in order based on what we had coordinated through his assistant Janive, CA did not execute on our lighting design (which we were again required to pay an additional fee for) and which we had discussed in great detail prior to the wedding day.

When questioned about the lack of execution based on our vision, CA gave many excuses and said he used his professional judgment and his own interpretation of what looked good to execute in the manner he did, rather than the way we had agreed upon. We were very disappointed with the lighting under the tent at our wedding; an element we had entrusted to CA himself.

On the other hand, we have only positive things to say about CA's assistant Janive. She was an absolute delight to work with from minute one. She was friendly, helpful, understanding, accommodating and very responsive. The food CA's team produced was delicious. The service was excellent (although we again had to pay for extra wait staff in order to have the service we thought should be considered standard). CA's team ultimately did a very nice job making our wedding vision come to life. Unfortunately, CA's uninterested demeanor ruined what could have otherwise been a great working relationship.

CA Catering is fantastic! Marta and CA are so easy to work with during the planning of an event, and then on the day of the event, the whole process goes so smoothly. The food is delicious and presented in a gorgeous manner! Use CA Catering for your next event - you won't be sorry!

I'm using CA for my wedding/reception catering. Thus far, I have had a good experience with CA and experienced great customer service! CA has been a delight to work with, and his staff has been professional and they make it a point to make you feel as though your wedding is an important day. CA seems to have a great handle on weddings and has done a good job in communicating with me about any issues and needs I've brought to him.

He does a good job with destination brides, and he is flexible to meet with. My wedding isn't until March 2014, but so far CA has been great with us and I look forward to posting another positive review here in March!

I have been to a couple of functions which CA catered. The first experience was mediocre, but only a cocktail party. Most recently, I attended a wedding and the dinner was awful to say the least. I felt so bad for the couple, whom i know spent a lot of money per person, because during the reception the guests were planning on where to go for dinner!
