David is equally comfortable and adept at managing/coordinating multiple vendors (i.e., staffing, lighting, decor, security, valet, tenting, tenting, and rentals). He's passionate about providing top-notch, friendly customer service and is able to work within most budgets. David was also the co-founder and managing partner of Heaven's Bistro, a food manufacturing company that produced super-premium, low fat frozen pizzas. Heaven's Bistro BBQ Chicken Pizza, which David himself created, was rated the best healthy frozen pizza on the market in the June 2006 issue of Men's Health Magazine. Belle Fete catering did a great job for my daughter's birthday. The food was delicious, in fact, several people asked me for his card for events coming up for them. David was very accommodating and so easy to work with. Willing to go the extra mile to make sure the party was a great success. Don't hesitate to give him a call if you want delicious food and friendly and efficient staff. They were wonderful.

David, owner of Belle Fete, cooked the most wonderful Christmas Eve dinner for our 50 guest this year! To serve a meal to 50 guest is a hard job to perfect, and he nailed it! The food was absolutely delicious, and we received compliments throughout the night. His staff was equally incredible. They took care of the details, so my husband and I could relax and enjoy our evening. I am so pleased with the quality of food, taste, service and the overall turnout of our event!

We hosted a holiday party earlier this month that was catered by David and his team. Several things made it an outstanding event. First, the food is outrageously delicious. Mini grilled cheese with tomato soup on a cool evening, pork sliders, shrimp crostini. And to top it off my girlfriend had the idea to greet each guest with David's outstanding Chinese Chicken Salad served in Chinese take-out containers with chop sticks!
The service was unobtrusive, lighthearted, and professional. Hats off to Eddie and especially bartender Tessa for doubling as a VJ and keeping the music going. All in all, a very successful evening. We now can cross our search for a caterer off our list for future events. It will be David and Belle Fete

Belle Fete provided an excellent catered lunch for our office. As I have very little experience with organizing a catered event, David took the time and provided me with great suggestions and ideas. He arrived early and the food was excellent! Everyone was impressed with the quality and flavor with the various dishes. David was conscientious, efficient and kind. I highly recommend Belle Fete.

From the initial proposal to the follow up day after the event, David has been the easiest and most pleasant professional we have worked with in a while. We had a party with platter served appetizers. All of the food was amazing, but special mention to the chicken & waffle bites and blackberry cobbler spoons. They were out of this world! Not only were my guests wowed by the food, but they truly loved Eddie (the server) as well. David's goal was for my boyfriend and I to feel like guests at our own party and that we did! I highly recommend David and would give him 10 stars if I could!

I've never posted for Yelp before, but David Solesbee, Executive Chef for Belle Fete Catering was soooooooooo amazing, I had to post! We recently had our wedding on August 12, 2011 at the Marvimon. Our caterer, David, was hands down the best ever! The food included Hors d'oeuvres: Baby Angus Burgers Baked Bleu Cheese, Onion & Bacon Puffs Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes Main Course/Buffet: Summer Salad Classic Southern Potato Salad Farm Raised Grilled Vegetable Platter Homemade 4-Cheese Baked Macaroni Southern Fried Chicken BBQ Pork Loin Dessert Blackberry Cobbler Virginia Blackberries with Crunchy Vanilla Bean Infused Crust, served warm in White Noodle Spoons w/ Vanilla Bean Mousse The Food was wonderful and our guests loved it!

We recently used Belle Fete for a birthday party of 50 people and I cannot speak more highly of the quality of service and the quality of food that was presented at the party. My wife and I needed to plan a Wedding Rehearsal Dinner in Newport Beach for a party of 45, followed by a Welcome Party for an additional 100 guests. Challenging since we were doing this from Santa Barbara. We interviewed 4 different caters and selected David Solesbee and Belle Fete.
