Bear Valley Party Rentals

My late husband did catering and hosted parties and events. Bear Valley Rentals is the only place that he would rent all of his dishes, glassware, tablecloths, tables and chairs. The customer service is fast and efficient and he always received exactly what he ordered in a timely manner with a very fair price. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly.

We've been using this place for years! Service is always on point. The first two years we rented a tent. They were there when they said they would be and set up/took down everything. I could go on but we will not be using anyone else for party rental!

They were awesome, even let me drop off our rentals early Sunday morning so we could take off for the honeymoon. Highly recommended.

Th is the only place in the High Desert to rent from. From huge tents to silverware they have always always come through. The linens are always spotless, clean and pressed, the dishes, and glassware are spotless, chairs are clean. Given enough notice they can usually get whatever you want, in a jam it is always worth it to call them. They are great knowledgeable people to work with. I recommend them for 10 stars! I have used them for really fussy Hollywood and Beverly Hills clients and they never knew it was from the High Desert.

I don't know what the other customers are talking about! This family owned business has been nothing but helpful to me. I rented the day of my party and they completely accommodated me and all my needs. I will continue to rent from them!

In the past 12 months I have had to plan Bridal showers, Weddings for parties of 20 people up to 400 people, family parties, class reunions, 80th Birthday Party, funerals and many more events in our community and I could not have done this without the help from the employees from Bear Valley Rentals. They provide outstanding customer service, they are very caring and want to go out of their way to help. I love the quality of their product line. Everything is clean and in excellent condition. I highly recommend this place of business for any of your events!

I called them about 30 minutes in advance to make sure they had all the things I needed for my wedding, and to see how late they would be open. When I got there, I talked to a man at the counter who just directed me towards some albums laying around their very cluttered show room. As I flipped through, the man told me that he wasn't much help but the lady who could help me would be back from lunch in about 40 minutes.

I decided to wait, and called my mom to meet me there and help me with some ideas. 40 minutes later, still no one was there to help me, despite there being at least 3 employees there. So my mom and I went to Starbucks, assuming some one would be back when we got back that could help. Eventually, one of the employees that had been there the whole time explained to me prices, and the different things they offer. Their stuff was nice, and fair priced, but it didn't seem like they cared much about me.
