BBQ & More Catering is the vision of owner and chef Louie Ferrara. After spending over 15 years in the restaurant/special event industry he decided it was finally time to go out on his own. Bringing his knowledge and experience of working on special events of all sizes and styles at Disney Resorts to his own business was an easy transi- tion to make a put into action.
Since BBQ & More Catering has been open they have created long term partnerships with numerous clients and businesses. Through the passion of delivering great food at a reasonable price accompa- nied by over the top customer service, BBQ & More Catering has been proving itself to be a first-rate catering company.
BBQ & More Catering has been featured on Channel 3 KNBC giving a BBQ demonstration and tips, as well as, a few tasty recipes. BBQ & More Catering has also been featured on Channel 5 KCBS for their St. Patrick's Day feast and celebration at 3 Angry Wives.
