The sauce on the chicken piccata was broken and should never have been served. Also the dish was swimming in the sauce. Not a good choice for dinner.

Great food and quick service. I'll definitely be coming back. Also they have cloth napkins so it's a nice place to eat.

Service was extremely slow, especially for a Monday night. Shredded beef nachos had almost no meat on them. Waited almost a half hour just for those, then another half hour for two simple handheld sandwiches. The sandwiches were just okay - nothing special. We've been there before and it wasn't nearly this bad. Hopefully it will be better next time, if we even give it another try.

The restaurant was a disaster today. I placed a reservation by calling Atria's on April 25th and 6:18 pm. I spoke to a man who took the reservation. I drove my parents 45 minutes this afternoon to get to our 3 pm reservation. We arrived on time. When entering, the hostess stated she could not find the reservation and unless we wanted to sit in the sun with no shade there was nothing she could do for us.

My mother has skin cancer, so that was not going to work. I explained that I had the call log in my cell phone, and she was not interested. This is a nice restaurant, but I will never dine there again thanks to awful customer service. My 75 year old mother is upset, and we are left with driving back to Cranberry. I plan to call the manager each day to complain.

When you make a reservation, the restaurant holds a table for you. Atria's apparently does not. For those who may say I should have used OpenTable, perhaps I should have considering Atria's staff is completely unreliable.

First time customer's our Easter dinner was terrible. Prime rib$32. Was way to rare you could not cut it, no horseradish sauce, but was suppose to be served with only potatoes was cold. Our soup was cold! My Easter ham dinner was cold, greens beans were cold, ham was dry. I will not be back. The manager was non responsive. I feel he could have cared less all about the money. I took my meal home so I could heat it, Never again!

Seated quickly, service staff very friendly. Pot roast was tender, meaty, loaded with potatoes and vegetables that were not over cooked. Serving big enough for lunch next day.

Even though I have always felt that Atria's has a limited menu overall, the chef is very creative with the variety of food choices that he makes. The turkey club sandwich was on a grilled itallian toast made with daily roasted turkey and not delicatessen turkey meat.

I went to a family party at Atria's and was really impressed with the food and service. There were about 20 of us, and they seated us in a section on the tavern side. There were 4 or 5 tables - enough to fit our large group. The servers were great and were constantly refilling our drinks. The food was served buffet style. We started with salad and cheese/fruit plate.

The seating was comfortable and it was a great little room for a party. The buffet consisted of mashed redskin potatoes, steamed broccoli, mac and cheese, chicken parm, baked cod, and pot roast. It was a nice selection! I had the mashed potatoes, broccoli and fish. The fish and mashed potatoes were really good. I would recommend this restaurant for a small private event.

When we arrived our greeter was busy with someone else so we waited. We noticed they were very friendly towards the party before us, not so much to us. Oh well. We were seated in a booth where the guy behind me, kept slamming his large body into the bank of the booth and it would literally move me forward. The waitress was very nice but was Loud in her speaking voice.

But was pleasant. My dish was very good but for the price it was rather on the smaller side. It came with no salad or sides and I think at that price it should of been a larger portion or included a side. We might go back again, as the food was good. It was very cold, I wore my coat.

Chicken marsella was crazy! Pasta and chicken were perfect. Sauce looked like cream of mushroom soup that was covered with sour cream? Chicken Marcella? Won't be back

Usually not an issue but the last couple visits have been awful. First off why set reservations when u still have to wait to get seated behind the walk ins and 2 the food was awful. Wife ordered pot roast and it was nothing but fat, I got meatloaf and it was as dry as the sahara desert like it was sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Waitress was the only good thing about the last couple visits, super attentative and caring. Probably will take awhile to come back

We are just visiting the area from Syracuse, NY and found this place online as it was near our hotel. What a fantastic find! We were blown away by the amazing service, great drinks, and out of this world food. The salmon salad in particular was the best I've ever had. ever - and I've worked in the restaurant industry before for years! My boyfriend had the chicken parm and was also very impressed.

I wish I remembered our waitresses name because she was also fantastic but I'm horrible with names. (Blonde with glasses) Regardless, we wish we lived closer. We'd be regulars! Highly recommend!

A favorite spot of my grandparents! Recommend sitting outside on the patio. Relaxing atmosphere under red umbrellas, seated at metal tables and cushioned metal chairs, surrounded by trees so you feel somewhat tucked away from the road and parking lot. I have been there several times and can let you know all portions are large! I have had the Signature Wings, (our server gave the great idea of mixing the signature sauce & hot) that were well prepared with at least 3 wings leftover.

Another time I visited I had the Quinoa Bowl and added Shrimp as my protein. The one disappointment around that dish was that the Shrimp were fried, I would have preferred grilled. The quinoa had great flavor, and the Stir-Fried Vegetables (cabbage?) was only mediocre.

What's for dinner? (Thursday~ March 5, 2020) Soy salmon bowel! Drinks: pineapple upside down martinis! Yum Yum Yum! Meal specs: This meal never disappoints! The salmon is cooked properly & tasty! The salmon wasn't undercooked or overcooked. The salmon is grilled & it comes with roasted vegetable quinoa, soy-ginger stir fried vegetables, fried lo mein & roasted cashews!

The roasted veggie quinoa went well with it. As well as the soy-ginger stir fried veggies. I love the veggies! I asked for my meal without the fried lo mein. I also love the cashews that come with it! Drink specs: My upside down pineapple martini drink specs: As always. it was fantastic! I love this place! The bartenders, the manager & the cooks are welcoming, nice & helpful! Bon appetit! Pictures

I attended a funeral luncheon. We were offered a selection of 3 entrees: salmon, chicken and steak salad. Preceding was an artistic appetizing fruit and cheese tray. Serving a group of 50 with a choice of hot entrees efficiently is an amazing feat.

Not the first time my family and I visited Atria's. We went for my birthday dinner. Both food and service were great. Unfortunately, our waitress packed my daughter's leftovers.she returned with it boxed and bagged. The next day when my daughter went to eat her leftovers, she found someone else's LEFTOVER meal! I called to express my concern about the confusion.

The young woman that answered the phone straight up lied to me. She (light-heartedly) told me."he mixed up the meals." And they waited to see if we'd call about it that night. After "meeting" with the manager who properly handled the situation, I am very pleased.

Great service from Daniel! Knew everything about the menu plus more. Very informative and observant of his patrons needs! Great place to dine. Daniel convinced me to try the famous pot roast nachos and they were stunning coming out and fantastic to munch on. He also made two amazing old fashioned and got me to try a different kind of bourbon (normally I'm stuck to my guns but he had a way with words!) Thanks Daniel! Be back soon!

Pot roast nachos - 4 stars - tasted good, but the toppings did not stay on the chips. Pretzels with mustard - 5 stars - my husband said that the pretzels were the best-tasting that he has ever eaten. Salmon salad - 3 stars - lettuce, strawberries, cheese, and almonds were fresh, but the salmon could have tasted better. Chicken parmesan - 3 stars - my husband said that it tasted just OK. Service - 3 stars - employees were polite but a little slow.

So my wife and I pass this place all the time on our way to giant eagle. Tonight we decided to do a date night there. We were very impressed. We sat in the bar area. The service was incredible. The bartender Dan was great. It was happy hour so we got half priced apps and drink specials. The food was AMAZING. We had the ahi tuna appetizer, Fra Diabla pasta and the BBQ Pork Gorgonzola.

Seriously amazing. To top it off the manager gave us a free dessert! Definitely try this place. We will make this a regular stop! The wife and I stopped in again for a late lunch. We were yet again really impressed with the service and the quality of the food. They really treat you like family there. We were given free nachos as an appetizer and then ordered the Ahi Tuna Quinoa bowl and the honey orange salmon. The food was just incredible. So far this place is 2 for 2. It is quickly becoming our go-to place!

Nice variety of dishes to get something a little different. The portions are large. We walked in on Christmas Eve and got seated right way, but waited longer than normal for our appetizer, drinks and meal. It's a bit pricey, but you can see where your money is on the plate. Second trip - the Crab bisque is Rich, flavorful & chunks of crab, FANTASTIC. The salmon salad was delicious. Hubby's Reuben was big & bold! The limoncello cake is a star.

***Update*** I was contacted by Atria's and notified that they do not do business with Postmates. This would explain the bizarre behavior of the Postmates app. Horrible Postmates vendor! Each time I order I get notifications that my order is accepted and being worked on. 20 minutes later I get a notification that my order was cancelled. Atria's, remove yourself from this service if you cannot handle the traffic.

We used to love this place, but tonight we went for a nice dinner with our family and the service was awful. Food was good but we had to flag the waitress down twice to get a second drink.

My husband, son and I went on a Sunday night. I made reservations via OpenTable, which I need not have done. It was pretty quiet. They were out of quite a few things, including asparagus and broccoli, which essentially meant there was no vegetable option. That was quite disappointing. They were out of one of the featured dishes, the jagerschnitzel.

The potato pancakes came out cold and tough. The menu was pretty basic, nothing spectacular. The food was okay, but nothing I can't get for less somewhere else. My husband had the chicken pot pie, and ended up very sick later that night. We'd eaten the same foods throughout the day except for this dinner. We won't be back.

This is our midday rendezvous and the bar tender Tracy is just awesome. Overall excellent service and great food! Prices are slightly above average but the quality and quantity of the food is worth it. They always have a smile and always helpful. Definitely get the pot roast nachos, try the meatloaf over jalapeno cornbread or the pot roast dinner. The ribs are superb as well.

Got a free gift card from work so we got excited to sample the place. Food preparation leaves a lot to be desired. Asked to see a manager. "BraZill" showed up and looked like she was gonna hit me in the face for complaining about Pasta Fra Diabolo looking like someone dumped a can of chunky tomatoes on top of what was one of the most horribly unbalanced dishes.

I never expected to see two sauces poured on a single dish. this restaurant is an insult to the very cuisine they claim to be an expert in. Reminds me of the last line of Goodfellas. "everything tastes like ketchup". sorry I don't have a picture to show you how gross their signature dish really is. The Caesar salad was soggy from copious dressing and contained only lettuce. They let us leave our bill unpaid and out plates untouched and I gave the gift card to a coworker with a Tip: drink don't eat

Wow did it fill up fast for lunch. I was the first to arrive and there were 3 tables filled for lunch. In the next 15 minutes, the place was packed. We had cup and bowl of crab bisque, lunch and full size chopped salads, and salmon salad. As always the crab bisque was lumpy with crab meat and rich. I could eat the chopped salad (with at least a dozen vegetables in it) daily.

My friend is not adventurous with food. She likes salmon. I tried influence her ordering (my favorite miso salmon with vegetables). she ordered the salmon salad with strawberries. She enjoyed the meal and said she would order again. This chain restaurant is consistent. I know that I will have a good meal. I have also attended baby showers, wakes and family gatherings at this site. ALWAYS good service and ample parking.

This Atria's is extremely neat and clean! Service is impeccable! Had a pre Valentine lunch today with my hunny. We were given the option of a brunch menu or regular luncheon. I opted for the salmon with stir fry vegetables along with a veggie salad. My husband opted for chicken wrap with chips. We got our order in no time flat and I was amazed when I saw those homemade chips!

I was told I had ordered the most popular dish on the menu and it didn't disappoint. Atria's has a full service bar as well and is laid out on one floor. We really enjoyed our meal and plan to visit this location in the near future.

I won't write a long review because I don't have much to say. The ambiance is great and very friendly staff as well. My husband and I received a gift card and decided to finally use it. We weren't too hungry so we both ordered greek salads and soup. He had the cheese soup and I had the lobster bisque soup. The bisque was too salty for me and i tasted very little crab.

There was maybe a sliver of real crab meat in the soup. The cheese soup had a milder flavor but was pleasant and not too overpowering. Our salads were presented very nicely with pita bread circled around the outside of the dish. The salad was not bad except that the dressing for me was too acidic. My cheek started to hurt every time I took a bite.

Maybe the salt from the bisque mad my cheeks raw therefore causing the painful reaction. IDK. I am willing to give this place another try since I did not try any of there entrees. Hopefully they will be more pleasing to my mouth.
