Absolutely terrible! That lady Debbie should be FIRED would never want her to run my business! She was beyond rude and nasty, always had to constantly remind her of things we already spoke about. This is a money hungry business and did nothing but hound me for my money, and then took it all when some of my guest canceled on me. Bartender was on phone all night while my guest were trying to order drinks, told me i can't take food home. We're they planning on re-using cooked food? Would never recommend this place to anyone looking to have a party. Save your money and go elsewhere, you'll get better service and more for your money :

Just went to a party tonight This place was horrible. 100%! the food was dry and gross the staff is unbelievably rude the waiters were good but the head waiter or the guy in charge of the waiters old fat dude with grey mustache was so rude and disgraceful treated and talked to us as if we worked for him the plates all had chips in it I was so disappointing

Attended the NYE 2019 at Ariana's South and had a horrible experience. You had to wait at the bar to even get a glass of water- there were only 2 bartenders for hundreds of people and the bartenders could not keep up with drink requests- we paid for an open bar and you received drinks that were half filled. They completely overbooked and nobody could move.

You had to carry your plate of food through a hallway, across the completely over-packed dance floor to get to your table. No dessert was provided. Would not recommend to anyone. This place was a fire hazard and nobody was able to get drinks. Not having water readily available was a disgrace.

Attended Ariana's south on south bridge street for New Year's Eve 2019. A party of 12 $1800. I never had a worse time anywhere! I was truly embarrassed that I brought my family here! We were packed in like sardines. There was no way this was legal. There were tables around the perimeter of the dance floor and tables against the wall., we were against the wall and it was nearly impossible to get to and from the table. Buffet was limited they supposedly put clams, shrimp and other platters on each table but we never saw them. Workers couldn't even get to the tables to clear plates.

Open bar? Yes, but good luck getting a drink with hundreds of people trying to get drinks and only 2 bartenders, it literally took at least 20 minutes to get a drink. The dance floor was so crowded people were spilling drinks all over the dance floor and nobody ever came to clean it, there were literally puddles everywhere. When we tried to complain to "The manager" all she said was " I'm not the owner don't yell at me" this was truly the WORST New Years ever and will never return not even for a party.

Attended a cocktail party at Arianas South. Buffet style food of eggplant rollatini, calamari, chicken francese, penne alla vodka and caesar salad, few other stuff I can't remember but everything tasted great. The cake however tasted absolutely awful, it was butter cream frosting and filling and all you tasted was butter no sweetness at all. Room was set up perfect the DJ was above the dance floor on a balcony which gave the extra space for dancing and there was enough room in between tables. Cool place would definitely look forward to coming back.

Didn't I slightly I want to actually see Ariana Grande where she lives I'm a 7 year old even though I don't care are you still go to show me where Ariana Grande lives this isn't that Ariana Grande and I'm telling this to the but I don't but I don't think. I hate you're not showing me where Ariana Grande lives I want to see her cuz I know she's sad.,.

Please Note: This review is for Ariana's South. We recently had a party there and I usually don't have bad reviews to write, but this is something I think future patrons need to read. We had a typical 4 hour party with cocktail hour there, so I'll start off with cocktail hour. We had a little over 100 people to fit in the small cocktail room where there was one bartender helping all of these guests. Also, when guests first arrive, they look forward to cocktail hour, and I heard many disappointed comments about the little food that was served. Ariana's assured us there would be a good amount of food for our guests during this hour, but it seems as if that was opposite.

Fast forward to our 4 hour reception where the buffet was opened. I was extremely upset with the quality and taste of the food during the buffet. This is strictly my opinion, however, I felt as if the food was sitting around and put on the buffet table over the sternos where it was not properly heated up. I heard multiple complaints from my guests that the food was cold and bland.

The waiters who served and cleaned up at the party are good workers, however, I feel as if they were not trained properly due to poor management. My biggest pet peeve at parties is when water glasses are taken off the tables prior to closing time. We had our water glasses (not other drinks) taken away during dessert. Most guests, including myself like to hydrate themselves with water after having dessert.

I believe this is something to be enforced by management and do not blame the employees whatsoever. Finally, what brings me to this unfortunate review is myself, and multiple guests have reported to me a coincidental sickness that may have sprouted from Ariana's. I do understand there is no way to pinpoint food borne illnesses, but I do believe with all of our same symptoms within the same timeframe I may conclude it is because of Ariana's. I will not be having nor recommend anyone to have a party there in the near future.

Fundraiser last night was a big success at Ariana's Loft. Great food, top shelf drinks and excellent service. Planning my next party with Ariana's. (Barbara M.)

Was recently there for an engagement party at Ariannas south bridge st.the food was fresh and delicious. The shrimp was huge and delicious. The eggplant rollatini was one of the best ive ever tasted. Besides mine lol. stuffed mushrooms were awesome.the pepper steak was off the charts. The penne vodka was soo good.and those stringbeans ummmm the best.to much more to list.overall if your looking for a Manhattan feel go check out the hall.also it is family owned and managed by family. The service was great.the staff was friendly and always had smiles on there faces.nice place.awesome food.i highly recommend this place for sure.

Dishonest people. Take your party and money elsewhere. They will act like your best friend and royally ruin your event.

The food was very good but the service was terrible. They also could not wait to close up the buffet. I have been to a lot of parties with buffets and never experienced this before. The parking is terrible at Ariana's South. They rushed the serving of everything so that the party ended an hour early. That did not offer guests a second cup of coffee or tea.

One guest complained about the taste of her seltzer and was rudely told that is what you ordered That is how all the guests were spoken to by a man that was either the manager or owner. Would never use this venue again or recommend it.

I came here for a Baby Shower recently. They had the shower in a nice size room & had a buffet. The food was pretty good. They had penne vodka, veggies, mozz & tomato, really good caesar salad, eggplant parm & calamari. The only gripe I had about this place was that it was absolutely FREEZING in the room & my table was right near the vent. Other than that, I had a very nice time.

I have been volunteering at new dorp staten island, ny. since the hurricane. Thank u Ariana's for feeding all the victims and the volunteers. Paying it forward.

My wife and I recently attended a wedding shower at Ariana's Loft. Very elegant setting only made better by the outstanding food and friendly staff. I would rate the food higher than 5 stars if I could. Seriously great food! Best meatballs I have ever had. I highly recommend for special events or your catering needs.
