Found this place last minute on our road trip, everything around was booked. What a nice place. Our room was SUPER clean, details like towel folded extra nice and a rose on the toilet paper, a sanitized wipe for the remote control. Very Family vibe. Man in front desk was very welcoming and friendly. The only down side walls are thin so you can hear lots of nice but not bad. Would stay again.

I requested a room block of about 15 rooms for my May wedding in Solvang. Many of my guests took advantage of the great locked in rates and I was happy to know my friends and family were able to secure accommodations in town on a busy weekend. Everyone enjoyed their stay and even better, the hotel worked with me to arrange a shuttle to and from the venue which was a huge help! (Thanks Vince!) Very wonderful working with Anderson's from beginning to end! Definitely would recommend for wedding group room blocks.

Delighted to walk and see this totally refurbished room. The linens were luxurious and the bed sooooo comfortable really wanted to stay n bed much longer. Refrigerator and microwave and all the amenities made this a great stay. Let's not forget the location right off Highway 101. AND the Danish pastries served in the gazebo were oh so good.

This Motel is great! We always stay there. Why would anyone want to stay in Solvang when they could stay at Andersen's, and at half the cost? Also, we think the rooms are very comfortable and modern. I don't know why people say the rooms are "old". It simply isn't true. You will love the courtyard and pool!

Very cute place! The rooms are big, beds are comfy, lots of water pressure in the shower, and the towels are big and soft. There's a big patio with a beautiful pool and gazebo out in the center. Very happy all around. Wish I could have stayed longer

Booked last minute and happy with the bed and shower. The woman at check-in was very nice. The inn and restaurant are showing their age and could use some serious love & new carpets. The bed was very comfortable and had decent pillows, but the walls are super thin to allow for naps or restful sleep. Our neighbors were loud talkers and at 7 am their kids were running up and down the second-floor passageway/balcony like a tiny herd of elephants.

We were in the middle back and upper floor, but still we heard everyone coming and going day and night with talking and doors slamming from cars and hotel rooms. We grabbed dinner at their named restaurant. The staff was nice but the menu is basic. The complimentary morning pastries at the hotel were a nice touch on the way out. I did get a nice price for two queens the same day compared to other nearby inns/hotels.

Very clean! Nice staff. Our toilet leaked, and maintenance came right up and fixed it. And if they couldn't fix it, we would have been moved. Comfortable king bed. Room spacious enough. Overall very happy with the stay.

Our family has been coming here for many years. Clean rooms, heated pool, friendly staff and close to great places to eat and the WINE COUNTRY! Reasonably priced so you can splurge when going out for amazing dinners nearby. Just go!

Very comfortable room for a good price. Had a microwave and refrigerator in the room. Left my reading glasses in my bed and when I called the woman at the front desk (Paula I think) was so kind and walked down and to check for me, found them and held them at the front desk. Will definitely be back!

Definitely a 5 star stay for the price we paid. Everywhere else was booked and this was the only place that had a room available. Super affordable for the location and surrounded by a few really good restaurants. Ellen's Danish Pancake House is across the street from the restaurant connected to the inn and it was a really good breakfast restaurant.

A little pricey but worth it. The room itself was also really nice for the price. Nothing worth complaining about at all. Enough power outlets to charge your phone, laptop, and a tablet if need be. Everything definitely remains charged. Free breakfast is a huge plus, can't complain about the food quality considering it's free. Not even worth complaining about honestly. Not far from Solvang either which is exactly why we were there. Definitely worth the price and stay.
