It is more than just catering, it is about designing an experience that people will enjoy and remember. When Rob Hoaglin began his catering business, he realized that catering is more than providing food and services. It was like writing and directing a play that gives guests an experience beyond their expectations.

We got married at The Biltwell Event Center on 6/8/2018 and Hoaglin was the venue's exclusive caterer. The food was delicious, and we got a lot of compliments on it. Although I did not eat much of it being the Bride, what I did have was very good. It was probably some of the best food I have had at a wedding before. Highly recommend!

The best people and food I have enjoyed recently! The staff was personable and attention to detail is unsurpassed. I made mention that I really enjoyed a specific sauce and by the end of the evening, they remembered and I had a small container to go. The food was both beautifully prepared and delicious.
