A Paella Party

Lutz Buddy Up celebrated their 8th Annual Christmas Dinner. Began with lamb chops, shrimp, cheeses and a variety of Tapas and then feasted on Chicken Paella and salad. I am writing this because people need to hear it. There service is horrible. Their employees are not polite. They treated my family with disrespect. I just had a wedding and they sent servers to serve the food and cake. The food part went well but when it was time to pass out the cake the had missed 3 people at a table. When we told them that they did not receive cake it seemed they were upset and brought over 15 pieces of cake and slammed the plates in front of my guest.

When it was time for me and my wife to eat they brought me plates and no forks or knives. I literally had to get it myself. They also did not clean up the mess like we paid them too and cost me A $500 deposit. So not only did they not do what I paid them to do but they also cost me money as well. I will NEVER recommend them ever to anyone. EVER!

We had a great experience with Paella Party! We ordered catering through them for our holiday party and its safe to say EVERYONE was happy. We had 5 different appetizers & 2 different paellas and it was ALL really good! They arrived an hour before the event to start setting up and cooking, they were attentive and professional, and the food was delicious! I would highly recommend Paella Party for any event

We had them cater my dad's 80th birthday party this past Saturday night. The food and service were amazing! Appetizers & paella for 35 people. Everyone was raving about how good it was. The bartender was top notch. I didn't even have to ask for another drink. He would find me an bring me what he knew I wanted. One vendor with everything.

They also set up tables and chairs and could have also provided a tent if I suspected inclement weather with 72 hour notice. I will definitely use them again. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about them, not one complaint from anyone. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

The food was delicious and the chef was extremely helpful in serving guests. He used all safety protocols during the COVID pandemic! Will absolutely use them again and again!

I recently hosted a lunch at my home and it was catered by Paella Party. Their attention to detail in the packaging of the food was impeccable and the food itself was sensational. I have used them before and the cooked the paella on the premises and to be honest, this one was just as good. Also, the spanish tapas flew off the serving dishes. Thank you so much for a great meal. Catered my wife's 60th birthday and did an amazing job. Every point was covered where my wife just sat down after our buffet line. We had the meat paella with maduros and salad and bread rolls. The plates were mini paella platters which added a nice touch. We were extremely satisfied and are looking for an excuse to do it again. I would recommend them without hesitation.

We were a small group of 10 so the price was right compared to going to a nice restaurant and all the hassles of eating now in a covid challenged society. Chef could not have been any nicer.

Paella Party was excellent for our corporate event. I was surprised to see how they have grown this business. We used them more than 20 years ago when they were starting. Their website is very well designed. From the first phone call I made to organize the event, I was treated in a very professional, friendly and helpful manner. That continued through out the planning stages.

It was really easy to coordinate food and rentals with only one phone call. The quality of food and service were superb. All the appetizers were delicious and the Paella Regional accompany with a great salad were a true success! Most definitely will repeat the experience in the near future. Thanks!

I used Paella Party for my daughter's Bridal Shower and was really pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. The cook and waiter showed up on time with everything we ordered, set up the tables and chairs with tablecloths, napkins glasses etc. The food was ready in time, the waiter far exceeded my expectations. He went around to the tables and offered each guest red or white wine, offered to refill water and refill plates with food.

The party went so smoothly because of this and the food was delicious. The best part for me is that they broke everything down, took all the dirty plates, glasses and cutlery and off they went. NO CLEAN UP! I would 100% use this company again and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to serve a delicious, beautifully presented paella in a stress-free environment.

Sixth or seventh time booking Paella Party team (party for 36 people). The food was great as always and the chef (Mikel) and bartender (Raymer) were even better. Very attentive to all our guests. We already look forward to booking them for next year.

Excellent customer service, excellent chef, excellent servers. Paella Party cartered a retirement party for our office and they really did an incredible job. The food was spectacular. Carolina Rivas really went above and beyond to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted while staying within our budget. The day of the wedding, they arrived early and the food was amazing!

From the quality of the food to the excellent service, Paella Party is no doubt a top notch caterer. I hired them for my son's graduation party for 70 people and requested a variety of Spanish tapas including paella, garlic shrimp, Spanish tortilla and ceviche. Everything was amazing!

I found Paella party by sheer coincidence because we had called 20 places before calling them, their website seemed pricey so we assumed it was over budget and left them for last. We're we WRONG. Amazing price, and even brought salad and bread. The paella was fantastic. VERY flavorful and packed of yummy seafood. I will definitely be placing future orders with them.

To add to this, they were extremely pleasant and accommodating, we called Christmas morning to add rations and they did so without a problem and even offered to bring it by since we were on their way home. The daughter of the chef brought it in and she was an absolute sweetheart. I couldn't be happier. Thank You!

We recently used this company they catered and staffed our engagement party. Everything turned out even better than expected. The food was great, service was top notch. We had no issues whatsoever. I was a guest at my boss' back yard party and these guys made the best Paella my husband and I have ever ate! I am seriously considering hiring them for my best friends baby shower. I especially loved the seafood in the paella.

We used these guys for my son's first birthday in November 2013. The food was very very good. We ordered the seafood and chicken and just chicken and veggie paella. We also had shrimp cerviche and choristas for an app. We had over 60 people and ordered food for 50. There was plenty for 2nds for alot of people plus leftovers. They also supply salad and bread.

The service was prompt and the timing good for the group to eat when the party started. We had this at a park in Hollywood. They are an approved Broward park vendor. The man who cooked did a great job but didnt seem very friendly or happy. It would be nice to have a better attitude at a happy function. The value was good and we were very satisfied and would use them again. The quests commented for months at church about how good it was. If the cook would have had a better attitude they would be 5 stars.

Best paella we've had in a LONG time. I especially love the fact that the seafood was not overcooked and chewy, it was just perfect! If you're thinking about calling them for your next event, do it! Yum! Awesome tasting paella loaded with shrimp, clams, calamari, chicken and ham. I discovered paella party's delicious food last night at Coral Gables's Miracle Mile street fair. There were tons of food truck and stands around, but the vendor that caught my eye was paella party. They weren't even done cooking the huge, aromatic, and colorful pot of paella and there was a line. If I was having a catered party I would def call them up.
